The 2013 1st Quarter (January 1 – June 30) home sales data have been posted in the graphs above. The home sales statistics compare real estate housing sold in Leelanau County from January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 to the same time period in 2012, 2011, and 2010. This includes the townships of Bingham, Centerville, Cleveland, Elmwood, Empire, Glen Arbor, Kasson, Leelanau, Leland, Solon, Suttons Bay, and the City of Traverse City within the southeast corner of Leelanau County.

As you will notice in the housing sales data posted above, 2013 residential real estate sold in Leelanau County has increased significantly compared to this time period last year in terms of Total Units Sold (+22.9%) Residential Sales Volume (+40.3%), Median Sale Price (+19.1%), & Average Sales Price (+14.2%) . We are setting new records with existing home sales in Leelanau County this year!

The home sales statistics compare real estate housing sold in Grand Traverse County from January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 to the same time period in 2012,2011, and 2010. This includes the townships of Acme, Blair, East Bay, Fife Lake, Garfield, Grant, Green Lake, Long Lake, Mayfield, Paradise, Peninsula, Union, Whitewater, and the City of Traverse City.

As you will notice in the housing sales data posted above, 2013 residential real estate sold in Grand Traverse County has increased significantly compared to this time period last year in terms of Median Sale Price (+10.8%), Average Sale Price (+4.0%),  Residential Units Sold (+14.3%) & Residential Sales Volume (+18.9%). The Traverse City area real estate market is setting new records!
