Based on a new health report card from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Leelanau County has been named the healthiest overall County in Michigan for health outcomes. Factors impacting ranking include mortality rates, morbidity, health behaviors (smoking, obesity, physical inactivity, etc), clinical care, social & economic factors, and physical environment.
