Leelanau County Building Permits 2007-2018
In 2017 we saw the largest total amount of Leelanau County building permits issued since 2007 with 739 building permits issued throughout all of Leelanau County. This year the number decreased slightly to 713 total permits issued throughout 2018. The total dollar value of permits issued increased slightly from $64.187 Million in 2017 to $65.95 Million in 2018.
