The home sales statistics compare real estate housing sold in Grand Traverse County from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 to the same time period in 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, and 2010. This includes the townships of Acme, Blair, East Bay, Fife Lake, Garfield, Grant, Green Lake, Long Lake, Mayfield, Paradise, Peninsula, Union, Whitewater, and the City of Traverse City.
It was a fantastic year for real estate home sales in 2015 and Realtors in Traverse City kept very busy! During 2015 Grand Traverse County Home Sales Volume increased +15.15% over 2014's record setting volume. Average sales price was up +6.35% while Median Sales price was up +5.28%. Total number of units sold increased +8.27%.
