This includes the townships of Bingham, Centerville, Cleveland, Elmwood, Empire, Glen Arbor, Kasson, Leelanau, Leland, Solon, Suttons Bay, and the City of Traverse City within the southeast corner of Leelanau County.

2016 Leelanau County Home Sales Volume has decreased a -0.70% compared to this time last year and total houses sold has decreased -5.47% over 2015's total houses sold. Average sales price has increased 5.05% and Median Sales Price has increased +2.54%. The first quarter is by far the slowest 3 months of real estate sales in Leelanau County, especially with upper price ranges and waterfront property on West Grand Traverse Bay & Lake Michigan.

So far in 2016 Grand Traverse County Home Sales Volume has increased +23.10% over 2015's record setting figures. Average sales price is up +8.60% while Median Sales price is up +9.82%. Total number of units sold has increased 13.35%. For the 3rd year in a row there remains low home inventory, especially in the downtown Traverse City Area.
